The Oopz! route is a trajectory of 6 Go/No-Go evaluation moments. We use the StoryDoing method for this.

Every route we take is unique, including yours. Very simple, because you are the source of inspiration for your company. No classroom work or stacks of textbooks. Before we invite you for a good and constructive conversation, we want from you:

Stap 1 – Meeting

Do you trust us?
And do we trust you, as a human being? Do we see potential in you as an entrepreneur? And in your company?

Our focus is on scalability, employment and the social character of your company. And what do you need from OopZ? We want to clarify that in the first meeting, as a condition for continuing.

Stap 2 – THE HEART OF THE MATTER

What is the heart of the matter? What makes your business a success? What is your distinctive character? How are you meaningful to your environment?

This step gives your company a front as a precondition for success. This step is the start of your business concept.

Stap 3 – COMPANY CONCEPT & IDENTITY

You develop the core of the business into a business concept with a beating heart.

The brand takes shape, with experience, meaning, positioning, appearance and style, a logo and a website. And you can now convert your business concept into identity with a competitive offer.

Stap 4 – FINANCE & LEGAL

You complete your business concept and while you are doing that you start trying out, experimenting.

In this phase, you zoom in on the financial and legal side of your company. You make concrete agreements with OopZ about investments, followed by the founding documents for your company.

Stap 5 – Get things moving

Your company is a reality! You’re getting started! Now is the time to live up to your expectations, seize opportunities, generate revenue and keep going.

OopZ supports you by a personal coach, including financial administration, branding and marketing, IT, HR and insurance.

Stap 6 – EVALUATE, APPRECIATE & CONTINUE

Regularly we look back and forward with you

Manifestation: How do you present your company? And how often? What could be better?

Continuity: What is going well? And how can you keep repeating this? Be aware and set success patterns.

Business management and entrepreneurial behaviour: do you know how to market your company? How are you doing financially? And what are your prospects?

Social: Are you involved in social activities in addition to being commercial? What could be better? How do you see the future?
